1. Acceptance of Terms

TrigCode AI (the "Service") is operated by THS CyberSecure Private Limited, a company registered in India (1136, Sector 55, Faridabad, Haryana 121004; GSTIN 06AAKCT8254E1Z5). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TrigCode AI is an AI-powered application builder that generates full-stack apps, websites, mobile apps, 3D sites and games from natural language prompts, and can deploy them to a live URL. Generation is powered by leading AI models including Anthropic's Claude.

3. Account Registration

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

You may not use another person's account or share your credentials with others.

4. Credits and Payments

  • Credits are required to generate apps. New accounts receive 100 free credits.
  • Credits are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • Credits deducted for failed builds (due to bugs in AI output) may be refunded at our discretion.
  • Credit prices are subject to change with 7 days notice.
  • Payments in India are processed in INR by Razorpay; international payments are processed in USD by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record and handles applicable sales tax/VAT. By purchasing, you agree to the terms of the relevant processor.
  • A GST invoice is issued for every payment. Add your company name and GSTIN for business invoicing.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to:

  • Generate malware, spyware, or malicious code
  • Build applications intended to defraud, harm, or harass others
  • Circumvent security systems or access unauthorized data
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the Service
  • Use the Service to train competing AI models

6. Intellectual Property

You own the code generated from your prompts. You grant TrigCode AI a limited license to store and display your public apps on the platform.

The TrigCode AI platform, branding, and underlying infrastructure remain our intellectual property.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Generated code is produced by AI and may contain bugs, security vulnerabilities, or errors. You are responsible for reviewing and testing any code before deploying it in production environments.

We do not guarantee that generated code is free from errors, secure, or fit for any particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrigCode AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your credits and generated data will be deleted within 30 days.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Faridabad, Haryana.
