TrigCode AI is operated by THS CyberSecure Private Limited (Faridabad, Haryana, India). This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly when creating an account, including your name, email address, profile picture, and — for business invoicing — your company name and GSTIN. We also collect usage data such as prompts submitted, apps generated, credits used, and pages visited to improve our service. Payment details are processed and stored by our payment processors — Razorpay for payments in India and Paddle (our Merchant of Record) for international payments; we do not store your card details.

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain your session and preferences.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, and improve the TrigCode AI service
• To process payments and manage your credit balance
• To send transactional emails (account verification, receipts)
• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse
• To analyze usage patterns and improve AI model quality

3. Your Prompts and Generated Code

Prompts you submit are processed by Anthropic's Claude AI. By using TrigCode AI, you agree to Anthropic's usage policies. We do not sell your prompts or generated code to third parties.

Apps marked as "Public" may be displayed in our showcase. Apps marked as "Private" are only visible to you.

4. Data Sharing

We share data with the following third-party services:

• Anthropic — AI processing of your prompts
• Razorpay — Payment processing in India (we never store card details)
• Paddle — Payment processing & Merchant of Record for international sales (we never store card details)
• Vercel / hosting providers — App infrastructure

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data as long as your account is active. Generated files and tasks are retained for 90 days after your last activity, then deleted. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your account settings.

6. Security

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/HTTPS) for all data in transit and at rest. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. We do not store payment credentials.

We may update this policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
