How are payments processed and do I get an invoice?

In India, payments are processed securely via Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking) in INR, and every purchase gets a sequential GST invoice emailed to you and downloadable from your billing page — add your company name and GSTIN for business invoices. Outside India, checkout runs in USD through Paddle, our Merchant of Record: Paddle handles local sales tax/VAT and emails you its own receipt/invoice. You can switch between ₹ and $ with the region toggle on the pricing page.

How is a Team workspace different from individual accounts?

A Team workspace is one shared home for everyone's work: apps, projects and prompts live in the org rather than in personal accounts, credits come from one pooled balance instead of per-person wallets, and roles (owner, admin, developer, viewer) decide who can build, deploy, invite and see billing. Members switch between the workspace and their own account from the sidebar.

How does billing work for a team — do we pay per seat?

You contract for a seat count and a pooled credit balance, billed monthly or annually in INR with a GST invoice. Seats are enforced on invites, so you never drift over your contract by accident, and credits are drawn from the shared pool no matter who runs the build.

Can we stop one person burning the whole team's credits?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Owners and admins can set a monthly credit cap per member; once someone reaches their cap their builds stop while the rest of the team keeps working. Every debit is written to a ledger, so the usage dashboard shows spend by member, by day and by reason.

Do you support SSO and SCIM provisioning?

Enterprise supports OIDC single sign-on with your own identity provider — Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace or any compliant IdP — mapped to your email domain. SCIM 2.0 handles provisioning and, just as importantly, automatic deprovisioning: disable someone in your IdP and their access ends here too.

How do we add and remove people?

Owners and admins invite by email from workspace settings; invites are single-use, expire after seven days and must be accepted by the address they were sent to. Removing a member revokes access immediately while their builds stay with the organization. On Enterprise, SCIM does all of this from your IdP automatically.

Can a work email also keep a personal account?

Accepted Answer

No — an email that belongs to an organization signs in to that organization only, so company work never lands in a personal account by accident. If someone leaves the team, they can disassociate their account from the workspace in settings; the account then becomes a personal one and keeps working normally.

Who owns the code our team generates, and can we self-host it?

Accepted Answer

You do. Export any project as a ZIP or push it to your own GitHub, GitLab or Bitbucket. Team and Enterprise exports also include a deploy kit — Dockerfile, docker-compose and Terraform for AWS, GCP and Azure — and Enterprise can deploy straight into your own AWS account through a cross-account role, so production workloads never have to leave your cloud.

Is there an API and can it plug into our CI?

Enterprise includes a public REST API with organization-scoped keys, plus signed webhooks for build, deploy and code-review events so you can trigger pipelines, post to Slack or gate releases on an AI Code Review result.

What visibility do admins get for compliance?

Every workspace keeps an audit trail — member changes, role changes, builds, deploys, project transfers, billing events — with actor, timestamp and IP, exportable as CSV. Admins also get the usage dashboard and per-member spend for internal chargeback.
